Client experiences

Stories from those we've sat with.

"For the first time in years, I feel like I'm allowed to slow down. The somatic work helped me notice what my body had been trying to tell me — and trust it."

A.M.

Individual therapy client

"This is the first space where my identity wasn't something I had to explain or defend. It was simply welcomed. I leave every session feeling more whole."

J.R.

Breathwork & somatic client

"Our team's workshop changed how we talk about burnout. People are using the regulation tools months later — it's still rippling through the culture."

Director of People

"Slowing down, listening to the body, and restoring balance — sustainable well-being is possible when people are supported in honoring their truth."

Common questions

Curious how this works?

Do I need to have a 'big' reason to start therapy?+

No. Many clients come in feeling stuck, tired, or simply wanting to live more fully. You don't need a diagnosis or crisis to deserve support.

What does an 'embodied' session actually look like?+

We pair conversation with gentle awareness practices — breath, grounding, noticing sensation — at the pace that feels right for you. Nothing is required; everything is invited.

Do you take insurance?+

We are an out-of-network provider and can offer a superbill for reimbursement. We're happy to walk you through what that means on your consult.

Are sessions in person or virtual?+

Both. Telehealth is available across applicable states, and select in-person sessions are offered in our practice space.
