True Self Holistic Therapy is a wellness-driven mental health practice built on the belief that healing happens when the mind, body, and nervous system are supported together.

Our approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and designed to help clients build greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and internal safety. We center BIPOC and LGBTQI+ individuals and honor the full spectrum of identities, relationship styles, and lived experiences.

We weave together psychotherapy, breathwork, meditation, yoga, grounding techniques, and other body-based interventions — not as an aesthetic, but as a path back to your truth.
