Our approach

Care that meets you where your body already is.

  1. 01

    Listen with curiosity

We start by understanding the story your symptoms are telling — without rushing to fix or label.

  2. 02

Move at the pace of safety

Nervous-system regulation comes first. Insight lands when the body feels safe enough to receive it.

  3. 03

    Build a personalized map

We co-design a plan that blends talk therapy, somatic practice, breath, and rest in proportions that fit you.

  4. 04

    Practice and integrate

Small, repeatable practices become the muscle memory of a more regulated, embodied life.

A.M.

Individual therapy client

"This is the first space where my identity wasn't something I had to explain or defend. It was simply welcomed. I leave every session feeling more whole."

FAQ

Practical questions, answered.

How long does therapy take?+

It depends on your goals. Some clients work with us for a season; others stay for ongoing growth. We revisit fit and direction together throughout.

What's the difference between therapy and breathwork?+

Therapy is relational and reflective; breathwork is body-led and somatic. Many clients weave both — they amplify each other.

Is this a religious or spiritual practice?+

Our work is body-based and culturally grounded, not religious. We honor spirituality when it's part of your story, and never impose a framework.

Can I bring my partner or family?+

Our primary modality is individual, but we can refer to trusted relational and family therapists when that's the right fit.
